This interactive demo shows the IoTiq smart home and office app running on a sample home in Halifax and a sample downtown office. Nothing here controls a real device.

• Overview: what needs attention, quick scenes such as Good Night and Away, devices online, indoor temperature and energy today.
• Devices: switch lights and plugs, lock and unlock doors, set the thermostat, and see each command go from sent to confirmed by the device.
• Automations: trigger, condition and action rules that run locally in Home Assistant, so they keep working if the internet goes down.
• Security, climate and energy: doors, locks, smoke and leak sensors, room temperatures and hourly energy use.
