IoTiq (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies smart home and office systems, shipped across Canada. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Product Data Stays Local
IoTiq products are designed to process and store data locally on a device in your home or business by default. Camera footage, voice commands and biometric or environmental sensor data are not sent to third-party cloud servers unless you explicitly opt in to a manufacturer’s cloud feature (for example, optional cloud backup). We do not have access to this data and cannot view it.
Information We Collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number and payment details, collected to fulfill and ship your order.
- Contact form and consultation requests: whatever information you choose to share when you contact us for product recommendations or support.
- Website analytics: standard, aggregated technical data (browser type, pages visited) used to improve the site. We do not sell this data.
How We Use Your Information
To process and ship orders, respond to support requests, send order-related communications, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider; IoTiq does not store your full payment card details.
Your Rights
