Why It’s Different

You’ve already automated your commute. Time to automate your home.

Your phone shows you when to leave for the bus without you checking. Your home can work the same way — routines designed around how you actually live, not a preset template.

Morning runs before you wake

Twenty minutes before your alarm, bedroom lights begin a gradual sunrise, thermostat rises and the coffee maker activates.

Evening wind-down automatically

After 8pm lights shift warm. By 10pm thermostat drops. At bedtime, lights off, doors locked, security armed — no command needed.

Weekday and weekend, separate

Saturday doesn’t need a 6am sunrise. Weekday and weekend routines are configured separately during installation.

Routines that respond to what’s happening

Rainy morning? Lights come on brighter. Family home sick? Do-not-disturb suppresses doorbell notifications automatically.

Commercial open & close routines

Offices open at 8am — HVAC on, lights up, access enabled. Close at 6pm — everything off, cameras alert.

One routine, every system

A single “good night” routine locks every door, turns off every light, arms every sensor, and confirms the garage is closed.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I change the routine time from my phone?+

Yes. Routine schedules are adjustable from the app at any time. Most changes take effect immediately for the next scheduled run.

What if my schedule changes?+

You can update routines yourself through the app. We also offer annual tune-up visits where we review and adjust all automations.

Can routines respond to the weather?+

Yes. Brighter morning lights on overcast days, earlier pre-heating on cold mornings, and outdoor lighting adjusted for sunrise/sunset variations.

What happens if I have guests staying?+

You can activate a “guest mode” that modifies or pauses specific automations, like suppressing automated lights in the guest room.

Can a commercial property use automated routines?+

Yes. Building open and close routines for offices and commercial properties are among the most practical automations we supply.

How much does routine setup cost in Canada?+

Routine configuration is typically included in a broader automation installation. Standalone setup runs $200–$500 depending on complexity.

Can routines be triggered by something other than time?+

Yes. Routines can be triggered by time, location (phone GPS), sensor state, voice command, or a combination of conditions.

Is there a subscription for routines?+

Automated routines are a standard feature of every smart home platform we supply, with no additional subscription required.
