IoTiq wants everyone to be able to learn about, buy and use our products, including people with disabilities.

Our Website

We aim for iotiq.ca to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That includes text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and status information that is never shown by colour alone — for example, every badge on our Compatible Devices page carries a text label.

The site is not perfect yet. We review pages as we publish and update them, and we fix issues as we find them or as you tell us about them.

Our Products and Services

Smart home technology can make daily life easier for people with limited mobility, vision or hearing — voice control, automatic lighting, fall detection and visual alerts are good examples. If you have specific accessibility needs, tell us during your free consultation and we’ll recommend products that fit them.

If any part of the website is hard to use, you can do everything by email instead — ask questions, get a quote or place an order. Email info@iotiq.ca and we will help. We can also provide our policies and product information in an alternative format on request.
