What areas of Canada do you serve?+−

How much does a smart home system cost?+−
A single device starts around $150–$350. A whole-home security and automation bundle typically runs $2,000–$6,000 depending on the number of rooms and devices. Browse categories for current pricing, or contact us for a bundle quote.

Do you supply commercial properties?+−
Yes. Offices, retail spaces, rental units, condos and small commercial buildings across Canada. Our commercial catalog includes access-control systems, multi-camera kits and energy monitoring, with bulk order support.
Does my data go to the cloud?+−
It depends on the device, and we tell you before you buy. We recommend devices that store and process data locally by default wherever the model supports it. Some features do go through the manufacturer’s cloud and need their account — remote access to Google Nest or ecobee thermostats, for example. Ask us and we’ll confirm in writing which features of each product rely on a manufacturer’s cloud. If you use the IoTiq app (early access), device states and activity sync through IoTiq’s cloud, and its optional AI features are processed in the cloud only if you turn them on.
