Their safety. Their privacy. Both at once.
mmWave radar monitors posture and movement without footage, recordings or any required wearable. When a fall is detected, designated family contacts are alerted instantly — so elderly family members can stay where they belong, at home.

Why It’s Different
A camera in the bathroom is unacceptable. A wearable is unreliable.
Our fall detection system uses radar — invisible, silent, passive. It doesn’t record anything. It simply knows when someone has gone from upright to floor-level and stayed there.
No camera, bedroom or bathroom
mmWave radar detects position and posture without producing any image or recording. Privacy stays completely intact.
No wearable to forget or charge
Works automatically the moment the sensor is installed — no device to charge, no button to press, no wearable to forget.
Detects falls, alerts instantly
When a sudden drop to floor level is followed by no movement, designated contacts receive a phone notification immediately, at any hour.
Extended stillness alerts
If your parent hasn’t moved from their bedroom in an unusually long time, the system sends a wellness check alert.
Prolonged coughing detection
Sound analysis detects coughing lasting longer than a set threshold — a wellness signal that may indicate a health change.
Works alongside existing care
Supplements, not replaces, existing care arrangements — real-time visibility without moving your relative out of their own home.

How It Works
Placed discreetly,
tested thoroughly.
Home visit & assessment
We identify the highest-risk rooms — typically bedroom, bathroom and kitchen — and recommend sensor placement.
Discreet mounting
Sensors mounted at the wall or ceiling. Small, unobtrusive, and don’t look like medical devices.
Threshold configuration
Fall detection sensitivity, stillness timing and coughing thresholds configured based on daily routine.
Contact setup
We designate alert recipients — family members, caregivers, or both — and confirm each receives a test notification.
Live testing
We verify the system detects real-world scenarios before setup, using a guided in-app checklist.
30-day monitoring review
We check in at 30 days to confirm thresholds are correctly calibrated and adjust any false alerts.

FAQ
Common questions.
Does it work if my parent is wearing thick clothing or a blanket?+−
Yes. mmWave radar penetrates light materials including clothing and bedding, detecting the person beneath, not the surface clothing.
How quickly does the alert arrive after a fall?+−
The default delay is 60 seconds after the fall position is detected, enough time to confirm it’s a real fall. This delay is configurable.
What if my parent trips but gets back up quickly?+−
If they recover and stand within the detection window, no alert is sent. The system alerts only when floor-level position is sustained.
Can my parent turn off the sensor?+−
The sensor has no on/off switch, by design — it’s not a button they need to press. You can disable alerts remotely through the app if needed.
Does it record audio or video?+−
No. mmWave radar produces no recording of any kind. It detects position and movement only — no audio, no image, no video.
How much does fall detection cost in Canada?+−
A single-room system installed runs $400–$650. Multi-room coverage (bedroom + bathroom) runs $700–$1,100.
Is this a substitute for a medical alert button?+−
It’s a complement. Our system works automatically without any action required. A medical alert button requires them to press it, which may not be possible after a fall.
Is there an ongoing subscription?+−
Core functionality does not require a subscription. An optional support plan is available for ongoing help and firmware update alerts.
