Do I need to be home when it arrives?+−
No. Standard courier delivery — sign for it or have it left per your delivery instructions, same as any online order.
Will setup damage my walls or ceilings?+−
No. Most of our catalog is wireless and mounts with adhesive strips or a single screw. A handful of products may involve minor drilling, which the in-app guide walks you through.
What if a device doesn’t work correctly after setup?+−
Contact our support team by chat or email. Most issues are resolved remotely in one session. If a unit is faulty, we replace it under warranty.
Can I order for a new-build home or office?+−
Yes. New construction is often simpler and less expensive than retrofitting — walls are open and infrastructure is easier to run. Contact us during the build phase if possible.
Can you work with my electrician or contractor?+−
Yes. For any hardwired product requiring licensed electrical work, we can provide wiring specifications for your electrician or contractor to follow.
Do you offer a warranty?+−
Yes. Every product includes the manufacturer’s warranty, plus 30 days of free setup support from our team.
