Charge the car without upgrading the panel.

Why EV Owners Use It
A Level 2 charger can push an older panel past its limit.
Avoid a costly panel upgrade.
Load management slows charging when the dryer and oven are on, so the charger fits within your existing service in many homes.
Charge on your schedule.
Set a start time and a ready-by time, and charging happens overnight without thinking about it.
Use your own solar first.
With solar, charging can follow your surplus production before drawing from the grid.
How It Works
Charging decided at home, reported on your phone.
EV Charging
● Plugged in · starts at 11 PM
No need to remember a timer — the schedule waits for the right time.
Start time, ready-by time, solar surplus and, with load management, the house’s total load.
A monthly report of energy used and what it cost at your rate.

- Charger: a smart Level 2 (240 V) EV charger with scheduling, installed by a licensed electrician.
- Load management: an optional CSA-approved EV energy management system. The Canadian Electrical Code allows it to be used in the load calculation, which can avoid a service upgrade; an electrician confirms this for your home.
- Rates: we check your utility’s rate plan before ordering. Scheduling only saves money where your plan has cheaper hours.
- Solar: charging from surplus production needs compatible solar monitoring.
- Appliances: dishwashers, washers and dryers with smart scheduling can follow the same cheaper hours.
- App: today, the charger’s own app or Home Assistant. The IoTiq app is in early access and is not required.
